Following a a major refurbishment and upgrade to all our tennis courts in 2024 in partnership with the LTA, Lowestoft Town Council are delighted to be offering free-to-access use of these high quality facilities.
Local residents and visitors are welcome to book onto our tennis courts at Denes Oval, Kensington Gardens and Normanston Park for free using the simple-to-use online booking system.
Set in a historic and picturesque location along Lowestoft's North Beach, and home to Lowestoft Town Tennis and Pickleball Club, Denes Oval is the ideal location to enjoy tennis. Whether you're a social player or enjoy some friendly competition, the six tennis courts and eight pickleball courts allow year-round access to high-quality tennis facilities.
Enjoy free-to-use tennis at the picturesque Kensington Gardens. The tennis courts provide year-round tennis facilities with four hard courts which are available to book for free.
Enjoy free-to-use tennis at Normaston Park, set in Lowestoft's largest park. The tennis courts provide year-round tennis facilities with three hard courts and three artificial grass courts.
Tennis courts are also available at Nicholas Everitt Park but these are not managed by Lowestoft Town Council.
