Lowestoft Town Council
I was born in London and my family moved to Suffolk 20 years ago. I spent 4 years in Norwich studying Biomedicine at UEA and since moving to Lowestoft, my husband and I have been running a business on the High Street - Lowestoft Tandoori. I also work in Finance at East Coast College.
During Lowestoft Town Council’s inception, I was a councillor in the first term. I am really pleased to be back on the Council again so that I can help contribute to positive changes within our community. For me, the best part of being a councillor is interacting with residents and being able to support them with their needs. The sense of fulfilment in having a positive impact on people’s lives cannot be beaten. My vision for Lowestoft is primarily focused around improving the area for future generations to enjoy.
