Lowestoft Town Council
I am a Town Councillor for Harbour & Normanston, a ward that I have represented as a Labour councillor on Waveney and East Suffolk Councils since 2013.
I was born in Staffordshire, and moved to Lowestoft 40 years ago. I have a grown up daughter who works for the Coastguard.
After taking voluntary redundancy from the civil service, I enrolled on an Access Course at Lowestoft College, and went on to gain a History degree at the UEA.
I am passionate about the environment, and will work with residents and community groups to make Lowestoft a better place for everyone.
