Non-Planning issues which the Town Council will also be looking to encompass in the Neighbourhood Plan are: public realm improvements, supporting business and enterprise, promoting tourism, enhancing historic environments, improving retail areas, better transport, improving community facilities, promoting creative enterprise and making the best use of Town Council assets.
