This free exhibition at the Lowestoft Parcel Office features the work of the Memories Carved in Stone project, which has sought to record, reclaim and maintain many forgotten graves and memorials of local service personnel lost during the conflict.

The first meeting of the Lowestoft Climate Action Group will take place at the Town Council Offices on the 6th November.

It's shanty time!

Ahead of Remembrance Sunday, the Town Council has supported an initiative to place a cross on every war grave in the Town. On Tuesday, the Mayor, Councillor Alice Taylor, joined veterans and volunteers to lay crosses on the graves at Lowestoft Cemetery.

This years Christmas Light Switch On will be on the 30th November. There will be events in London Road North from 1 pm with the actual switch on happening at 5 pm. More information can be found on the Discover Lowestoft event page.
