  • The Ness Rise & Shine + Lowestoft Image Project Photography Exhibition

    The Ness, the UK’s most easterly park and Lowestoft Photographic Club, are pleased to announce the winners of Rise & Shine a photography competition. The competition has been running since May and has seen some fantastic images on the subject of Rise & Shine, they can all be seen on The Ness Facebook page where the photos were judged by the most likes.

  • Heritage Open Days

    Sep. 13 - 22, 2019 All Day

    Heritage Open Days are events where historic buildings around the country are opened up for the public to explore. Over the course of 10 days over 80 locations will opened including the Town Hall, the Marina Theatre and the Lowestoft Maritime Museum. All events are free however some events may need pre-booking.     The Ness Chalk Fest
    Saturday 14 September 2019 
    Ness Point Euroscope - Underneath Gulliver
    10am - 4pm 
    Come along and help decorate Ness Point.
    All ages and abilities welcome. We need creative people and those who like colouring in!
     
    Chalks provided or bring your own.

  • Town Hall Heritage Open Day

    Sep. 14 - 15, 2019 10:00am — 4:00pm

    As part of the Heritage Open Days the Lowestoft Town Hall will be open to the public. There will be guided tours throughout both days as well as a number of information stalls run by various groups including the Heritage Action Zone, the Dockside Dandies, Making Waves and the Ness Park.
