Following the event at East Coast Cinema, the proceedings will move to Lowestoft Railway Station. Lowestoft Railway Station has a strong connection with the Kindertransport, making it a poignant venue to remember everyone affected by the Holocaust and other genocides.
This event will include the reading of poetry and reflections, delivered by local academy school students and Town Councillors, concluding with the laying of wreathes.
