Come along to Norfolk and Waveney Mind Festival of Kindness 2023, in partnership with Lowestoft Town Council, at Sparrow's Nest Gardens, Lowestoft on Saturday 26th August 2023, 12pm - 8pm for a day of celebrating kindness and its benefits on mental health. You can expect live music, food, workshops and entertainment for everyone!

The impact of a kind word or gesture can be felt in both generating the kindness and receiving it. Even witnessing kind acts can boost our mood. Kindness has the potential to bring people together even in the most trying of times and as we know connection is often so important for mental wellness.
