East Suffolk Blooms is a new campaign by East Suffolk Council to encourage voluntary and community groups to apply for bulbs to plant.
These bulbs can then be planted on East Suffolk Council, Suffolk County Council or parish council land with permission.
There is a simple application form to fill in.
