We were delighted to welcome so many people to Wild Lowestoft on Saturday, as our community came together to celebrate the natural environment that makes our town so special. It was fantastic to see residents, families, and visitors of all ages gathering in such great numbers, united by a shared appreciation for nature and local wildlife.
The day was packed with activity from start to finish. Visitors enjoyed a vibrant programme of live music, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event. Alongside this, there were plenty of hands-on activities for children and adults alike, offering fun and creative ways to connect with the environment. From interactive workshops to informative displays, there was something for everyone to discover and enjoy.
Wild Lowestoft also provided a valuable opportunity for people to learn more about local environmental projects and initiatives. A wide range of organisations attended, sharing their knowledge, offering advice, and inspiring others to take positive action for nature in their own lives.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event, as well as to the many organisations, volunteers, and performers who helped bring the day to life. Your enthusiasm and commitment made the event a true success.
Events like Wild Lowestoft show just how strong our community spirit is, and how much we can achieve when we come together with a shared purpose. We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to celebrate and protect our local environment in the months and years ahead.
