Harbour and Normanston

I grew up in Tullamore, Co. Offaly and came to reside with my family in North London when I was 18. I studied Photograph and Counselling at local colleges and completed a BSc. in Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Psychology at Middlesex University in 2000. I have spent most of my career managing our family business in decorative lighting which has given me an deep appreciation for the business sector. I transitioned into property management in recent years and have experience of building maintenance programmes and legal compliance.
I have been involved in voluntary and community projects throughout my life. I have acted in and produced plays for local theatres in Enfield, produced a short film regarding knife crime Rough Cut (2010) and was recognised for my voluntary work with Face Front Inclusive Theatre. I was the Technical Coordinator for the World Peace Forum and a founding member of the Institute for Citizen Journalism (ICJ) in Vancouver. I have served on organisational boards and committees and I look forward to working with Mayor Begum and the Council Members to represent the residents of Lowestoft Harbour, Normanston and the surrounding wards.
