Lowestoft is home to two cricket grounds – with a purpose-built ground at Denes Oval and a shared sports field at Normanston Park.  Both grounds are used by Lowestoft Town Cricket Club which has teams for all ages.

Denes Oval

The picturesque cricket ground at Denes Oval is Britain’s most-easterly ground.  The ground includes one artificial cricket strip alongside the grass strips, and new state-of-the-art cricket nets.  The ground is a popular destination during match days due to its coastal setting and beautiful surroundings.

Normanston Park

Whilst normally home to football, Normanston Park is transformed into a cricket field for the summer months, offering a second ground for Lowestoft Town Cricket Club.
