Lowestoft Town Council is pleased to invite all residents to the Annual Assembly, scheduled to take place on Tuesday 6th May at 6:30 PM. This important event will be held at Whitton Residents Hall, Hawthorn Avenue and will be preceded by a Community Forum starting at 6:00 PM.

Community Forum: The evening will begin with a Community Forum at 6:00 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for residents to engage with community groups in Lowestoft and to find out about the important and varied work that they undertake in the town.
Annual Assembly: The Annual Assembly will commence at 6:30 PM. This assembly is a key event in the town's calendar, providing a platform for residents to find out about the work of their local representatives, councils, and community groups and what they are doing to actively make Lowestoft a better place to live. Presentations this year will be coming from the Suffolk Police and Crime Commissioner Tim Passmore and East Suffolk Council who will be presenting on the upcoming changes to recycling and waste collection that will be coming into effect.
Throughout the evening there will be opportunities to ask or submit questions to any of the organisations in attendance.
Lowestoft Town Council encourages all residents to attend this important event. The Annual Assembly is a vital opportunity for the community to come together, stay informed, and contribute to the town's development. Your participation is invaluable in shaping the future of Lowestoft.
